Log into our online portal with your order number and email to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene seals are intact.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then secure it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
